---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BETA FILE TO FIX WIND AND SIP ISSUE:
The following is a fix for the Windmobile stick in Toronto as well as have SIP issues fixed for anyone who uses SIP.
1) Click on above link and save file to your computer. Please remember where you save the file, if not sure, save file to your desktop.
2) Make sure you are connected to the internet with a cat5 internet cable like the yellow one that came with the unit.
3) If you are connected wirelessly, please disconnect and ensure that the wireless connection is disabled.
4) Open your internet using your browser.
5) Go to the web address: http://192.168.0.1
6) Enter the username and password to log on, by default, username and password is "admin"
7) Select: Advance Mode on the top left
8) Select: "System" on top right
9) Select: "Firmware"
10) Click: "Browse..."
11) Select the file you just downloaded " 201.131.1-016" and select "Open"
12) Select: "Upgrade"
At this point, the router is being updated. It is very important that you do not do anything until it is fully upgraded. This update will take between 5-10 minutes.
If you want to do a full refresh, you can do the following after unit is updated:
1) Select "Advance Mode"
2) Select "System"
3) Select "Settings"
4) Select "Reset" (This will reset the router to the factory settings. It will not erase the new update. Note if you do this, you will have to configure your wireless security again if you have done this in the past.

IMPORTANT:
Please do not connect to the unit wirelessly Please connect to unit with the cat5 internet cable as doing the firmware update may cause the unit to malfunction. Please also ensure that you have turn off your wireless setting on your computer to make sure it does not connect wirelessly without your knowledge.
For Verizon users: please do the following after you have upgraded the firmware:

For AT&T Customers:

For T-Mobile Customers:
